That looks like a standard enclosure. It looks like steel (the on facing this way). It can be pretty much anything. There aren't that many leads. No cables, no antenna.
The lack of antenna or anything on the outside of the enclosure points against it hiding a LoRa-sensor. But it is not impossible.
It looks like some identification on the bottom right part of the door. A closeup on that part might solve the mystery.
I'm also a little curious about the thing to the left with the pad-lock? What is that?
