IoT account on Raspberry pi

Hello, When I am using Raspberry Pi imager to write IoTOpen-lite image to Respberry Pi and do configuration for WiFi connection. The default account "iot" is deleted and replaced with the new one I give in the configuration. Is the account "iot" is important.

It should not be inportant. You can use any account. You have to have root (or sudo to root) to create the config file in /etc/iot-open though.
