There is a problem when we trying to "assign an installation to me". As work aroud this problem, we have downgraded our role from admin to owner. But it becomes another problem at go back to admin role.

That is true of course. In order to raise your role you have to use an account that has the same or higher role than the one you want to assign.

Is there a limitation in the plattform for how many installation can be assigned to me?
Why there is a problem. It is refusing assignin.

No, there is no such limitation. There is however some known bugs regarding this in the web frontend that is fixed and will be in the upcoming release.
Some things you can try:
Assign from the user-page instead of the installation-page.
Once you have done any change on the installation or user, refresh the page before doing anything else.
