1: Ah, this is because the app filters the functions on temperature and the Fibaro is called air_tempereture. We'll fix this! To turn on a light you have to use another app. We have one called "value action" or similar that sends a value (e.g. turn on lamp) when the temperature alarm instead sends a notification (e.g. e-mail).
2: The apps belongs to the organization. So you can add them there.
